We cannot say enough good and positive things about the people who work there. One can certainly feel the warmth and tender affection which the staff expresses in so many ways toward your love ones.

My son Vohndrow Williamson Earnhardt who passed on 6-20-2019 was in their care at the Community Hospice and Palliative Center in Jacksonville. The care of our son was outstanding as he prepared to leave us for Heaven .

Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did the staff at this senior care facility use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked
