Had a great experience with Matthew! I had some issues with my entertainment center, and a bunch of other little things like tires, inspection sticker, jammed trunk button, etc. They were able to figure out what was going on and fix all of the problems, and get me a shuttle back to my house so that I didn’t have to sit at the shop all day. I had a most pleasant experience at Community Honda. Our Service Advisor was Michael Broussard, and he was awesome. My CRV was left at the dealership Wednesday morning at 10, with multiple issues, and immediately went through diagnostic testing. Michael called us later to inform of the needed repairs, along with the cost of each one. The total price was actually less than we expected.
