Had the pleasure of having LANCE GARRICK show us a few vehicles yesterday. Very knowledgeable and very friendly! Even though we told him we are a few weeks out until we finalize a deal, he didn’t huff and puff like the other dealership did!! Thanks again Community Honda!! We will be back!!
THE ONLY REASON THIS PLACE IS GETTING 1star is because it’s required to leave a review!!! First off, the guy in finance was sooo UNPROFESSIONAL by stating “it doesn’t matter whose name is first and just sign.” After wasting an entire day there, they didn’t even have my name right on the paperwork nor did they even attempt to get it right AFTER CORRECTING THEM REPEATEDLY!!! Then speaking to a woman as if she was a child or dumb wasn’t appealing at all! NEVER AGAIN!!! Took my money back and left immediately.
We are extremely pleased with the two vehicles we have purchased from community Honda at Lafayette. We have used Rochelle Price as our sales woman and would time and time again. Our purchases and our service done at this dealership have always been timely, professional, and personal.
