Paid $80 for a rental application and couldn't even get the courtesy of a return phone call. Several unanswered calls later, it's now been over a week. Update Edit: I appreciate the refund and it is true most companies would not provide this courtesy (my animal is a support animal, but, meh. We've decided to buy at this point). Still would have liked a phone call.
