My family has had a abysmal experience with the inpatient program in Longview, Wa. Each one in my family have experienced rude and unprofessional nurses. The CNAs are lovely people and one nurse was so kind when my brother’s nurse forgot his pain meds for over 90 mins and then went to lunch further delaying meds. I just want to take my brother home to die. The outpatient hospice team are angels and so wonderful.

Would like to thank all the kind and caring staff that took excellent care of my dad for the couple days he was there. The staff and coordinators went above and beyond to fulfill our wants and needs for our family, to make sure my dad was taking care of. Thank you.

My fella was given really stellar care. Every person was kind, caring and helpful. I also was given respect and empathy. Peace Health Richard Nau Hospice House in Longview, WA is awesome. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

Besides the social workers who were about as attentive as Helen Keller, I absolutely loved the way my mom was treated in her final days. The staff (for the most part) was absolutely amazing and are some of the best people in this world for what they do. On the other hand, the bereavement that I got, well, I’ve had waaaaay better. That all being said they shouldn’t have gotten to the point of shutting down.
