My aid left early She only worked 2 days I’m on oxygen I was sleeping and she came late and left when I was sleeping
There doesn't seem to be any supervision of their coordinators, I almost lost my benefits two years in a row due to their incompetence. I have a new coordinator, and it is the same old story, making excuses as to why they can't do their jobs properly. They tell me the aid will be here at one time, and tell the aid another time, so I sit here waiting for them. Then the coordinator tells me they never knew. That happens a lot. I'm so glad I saw the behavior of the staff at first glance!! I had an appointment and once I arrived I walked in and walked right out because the staff who is at the front desk was disgusting and nasty!! Thank God for shielding me from this place! And the comments are Def true! Don't work here and waste your time with 2 star reviews!
