PT person is fine but don't call the office looking for empathy and certainly not kindness when trying to ask a question I was told and I quote ... "LET ME STOP YOU RIGHT THERE!" And she did stop me mid question ! Rude much! Will you please train them on how to speak to people? That's not asking alot .

After my second go-around with this Mickey Mouse operation, I thought it due time to warn anyone saddled with these bozos. Don't wait, call your doctor now to get another company. Are you calling yet!?!! When they call you with a rude and threatening demeanor, lie to your face, stress out your heart and heighten your blood pressure, all after spending 37 days in the ICU , you'll be sad you didn't listen. There are so many superior companies doing the same thing, only better...and NICER.
I have kidney nephrostomy tubes and community home care comes to my house twice a week to change my dressing! I usually get Charlene or Joel! Both are great home care nurses! Both are very caring and friendly! It isn't fun having nephrostomy tubes! But it's always great to have them there to help me out! I've never had any issues with community home care they're the best!
