If you really care about your loved one, you would NOT let this company take care of him or her. They are the most unprofessional hospice company around. All they care about is money and what they can suck out of medicare and you. Yeah at first they are all nice and act concerned but once they get you to sign up that is it. They come into your home and out so quickly and make you feel as though they dont have the time for your loved one or you.
My step father passed away at the Peoria Inpatient Unit. My step father recieved the best care that can be provided for a patient who is dying. The staff were wonderful to my mother and myself. Everyone was very caring and supportive the enitre time my step father was there. Anyone with a family member who has a terminal diagnosis would be very happy and statified with the care Provided by Hospice Family Care, Inc.

I WILL NEVER FORGET THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE OF SOUTHEREN CARE EVERY ONE WHO CAME OUT TO SE MOM WAS WONDERFUL THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY WERE ASKED TO DO AND MORE THEY SHOULD ALL BE BLESSED
This company doesnt make the visits they promised to our family. They were rarely seen visiting my aunt and were difficult to deal with when we would call. I would not recommend this company to anyone! In fact, they are a for-profit company! We should have used the other Hospice.
