I’ve had a few questionable experiences with caregivers from this company in the past. That said, over the past year I’ve seen the PHG caregivers go up and above the call of duty. Very grateful for these caregivers and their ability to redirect, not take emotional moments personally, while also taking time to create mindful individualized meaningful experiences. For the clients we mutually assist they maintain privacy and great communication. Truly a blessing.
