Called this morning after a night of our furnace going off/on and knew it was the thermal sensor again ( we had cleaned a few weeks ago when it was acting up) and thought it may need to be replaced since it acted up so quickly. The lady who took my call kept insisting this part is not covered by my warranty because it’s not part of the furnace. How can that be? She insisted it’s separate from the furnace. Unit installed 6/2018 broke down 6/29/19 service comes gets air blowing out of town for weekend returned 7/1 to hot house they came and changed a part and left 10 minutes later off again came 0n 7/3 installed new unit 7/4 I'm without air again they told me that a representative from rheem would come by on Monday so I will be without air for 3 whole days I guess our comfort wasn't a concern
Exceptional!!.I highly recommend this company...Honest!!Great guys!..They cleaned my moms flame sensor which solved the problem..We delt with Jeremy and Steven..They were both very kind and very professional...They came out right away..I cant say enough about this company...They definetly gained 2 new customers...
I know I'm late but Steven F worked on my AC and found my circuit board was burned out because my water pump went out and it was the Holiday Weekend and it was Hot so he made it a Point to fix my AC and I was very satisfied and appreciate it very much and he will be doing my Winter Cleaning too hopefully
