They were quick to get me in. They had a great staff from front desk to nurses and doctor. They explained procedures. They listened to questions and concerns and made me comfortable with choices. Felt well cared for and in knowledgeable hands.

My wife and I were super impressed by the prompt attention and care that I received. The entire team was very compassionate, friendly and laser-focused on getting me the assistance that I needed. Dr House and the staff were all amazing!

Both Katie, RN and Dr Connelly took such good care of me, taking their time and explaining everything to me. They worked quickly and efficiently. If you even think something is wrong with your heart, go here. Even though nothing was wrong with my heart, they checked everything and didn't make me feel foolish for coming to the ED.

I was seen promptly and given a comprehensive battery of tests all showing that things were normal. Because of that I was discharged without any relief for what actually brought me into the ER. I was given a referral to neuro. After reaching out to both Community neuro and IU Health neuro the earliest appointment I could get was June 2026. Although you dont have any control over how soon a referral can see someone, I was released with no information, no diagnosis, no solution, and no option for another 5 months.
