Dr. Tana is amazing and listen to parents concerns. The main issue. I have is the nurse and front desk who takes prescription refill requests needs to do better and more organization and communication. They tell us to call 1 week before being out of medication so there's no issues. But when we do that there's an issue and now without medication. They are nice though but getting refills has become a hassle.
