Went in for an annual visit and before my appointment I asked how much the appointment would cost - my payment amount was quoted to me and paid. A month later I get a bill for $599.75 from a lab for tests. When I called the Community Healthcare Center to ask why I got another bill after I specially asked how much my appointment would be so I knew I could afford it, they said "I'm sorry, we've had some nurses forgetting to tell people when they will be responsible for additional costs, but we fixed it by sending a reminder em... read more
The people were so friendly and professional. I was a walk in and didn't wait more than 30 minutes to get to the back. Also they worked with me on my income so the cost was super affordable, coming from a mother of three. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.
I always get excellent care whenever I go to CHC. I'm always telling friends about it if they ask for a recommendation for a good doctor.
I really like going to the clinic. I had x-rays done and was in and out in 15 minutes. Picking up meds is easy and not a long wait either!
Third visit here & STILL haven't received any treatment - AGAIN referred back to the ER. If you are my "PCP" why can't you do ANYTHING!!!
