Highly recommend CHR!
CHR is the worst place to get any sort of mental help. If I could give zero stars I would. Receptionist has no care in the world. Was supposed to be there at 10 for my appointment and they proceeded to tell me I should have been there at 9:30 to fill out paperwork. Why didn’t you schedule me for 9:30 then? Makes absolutely no sense. Then I’m told the intake guy has another appointment at 11…. THAT’S AN HOUR FROM THE TIME I SHOWED UP, and he cancelled. I feel like it’s important to share my experience with this facility. I wanted to shout out three amazing clinicians that hold group at this location. You Three ladies know who you are . Okay so now I've been here twice I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting to go in for 10:00 I had to leave work both times to try to get an evaluation from this place through court. I had a simple disorderly conduct and I guess I was supposed to come here for a whole drug evaluation n mental health evaluation.
