I went in for my annual exam that I’ve gotten for the past three years and then never had to pay for this year Doctor Bodie decided that it was just a doctor’s visit and not an annual exam in charged my insurance Over $450 and I have to pay 180 of it because the way she coded it I wasn’t even in the office 15 minutes. No one can help no one has answers, but they still want their bill paid. I will never use anyone in its network again.

It should be a million times easier to get ahold of medical professionals here. I call here and get transferred 5 times just to get hung up on. Poor system in general

Shut the lights out whenever they want whether they are closed or open for business don’t recommend. Go anywhere else!

I recently had an injury, and went to the walk-in ortho clinic on the 2nd floor. After consultation, it was decided I needed a MRI, which was a 3 week wait (understandable). My MRI was on 6/25, and I had the results 2 hours after the test(my chart) which show multiple tears (among other issues). No one from this office ever called me to discuss the results, or to schedule an appointment with a surgeon. I called the office to see what the next step was (after waiting 5 days).
