Pésimo servicio. El día 19 de abril El Dr Pratts me tuvo 4 horas esperando en la clínica y no me atendió. Luego me dijeron q me iba a atender por telehealth estuve 3 horas conectada y nada. Nunca entro. Me dieron otra cita para el 25 de abril y estuve conectada 3 horas más y nunca entró a la video llamada. Es realmente incómodo cuando uno tiene q pedir permiso en el trabajo para asistir a consultas q este personal sea tan informal. Y luego llamas por teléfono y no te dan una respuesta coherente y no te puedes quejar no te co... read more

Terrible attention, I had an appointment at 3pm at the ob gyn and I left 3 hours later, it is the first time I have waited so long and more than that I had my baby with me. I give them 1 star but it doesn't even deserve that
