I had an appointment set for 7:30 pm on Thursday. I show up at 7:20 knock on the door and wait and nobody answers. So I then call community north, and the lady I spoke to attempted to get in contact with the center by calling them and G-chatting them and no one picked up. I saw Brenda because she was the only one that was available (I see why because she is not the most professional provider and I can’t imagine many patients wanting more than one visit with her) Brenda was very rude to me, lacked manners. She kept talking over me. I had a visit for a list of things, annual physical, mass growing in my leg, mental health concerns. Brenda was very rude to me. She kept talking over me. I had a visit for a list of things, annual physical, mass growing in my leg, mental health concerns. She acted as if the anxiety and depression I’ve been dealing with were ‘not important health conditions’ and said I’m just trying to get short term disability. I never once mentioned disability, I told her my anxiety has shaken me to the point where I am wanting to explore medication and I am asking for a week off work to take care of myself. As of today I am going to be switching doctors. I requested a nebulizer be sent to my pharmacy as i have asthma, over the span of 2 full days, after numerous phone calls I made it’s now going to be 3 days.. edit - they never sent it in and i had to pay for the nebulizer myself. I do not recommend using this community health location as your primary health care. EDIT - Went from 1 star to 5 Stars. If you’re using this location please request Jennifer Robinette. She is the best!
