This has been by far the best experience I have ever had in a medical establishment, including those in San Antonio. From the front desk to Dr Lopez to the pharmacy personnel I cannot convey how impressed I am. We are so fortunate to have this level of care in our community.
Upon arriving I was welcomed with bright smiles and was able to schedule an appointment within the hour! As a new patient I was shocked on how quickly I would get seen! The pharmacy was so fast, friendly and very knowledgeable about medication! Amazing experience over all!
A+ experience! I was extremely impressed with the Ham Lane location that they were able to get my children scheduled for the very next day, especially as new patients. Dr. Rodriguez was wonderful, he took the time to thoroughly explain each of my children’s treatment plans and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciated the care, attention, and professionalism we received and would highly recommend this office.
