I have 20 teeth left to be extracted. However the office on 31st has it noted that they all need to be surgically removed. THAT IS NOT TRUE. HOWEVER since your office obviously does not want to help me any longer I will go elsewhere for my dental needs. Thanks a lot. In the future don't approve people for free services if you don't want to provide them because that's what it seems like happened to me. En lo personal no me gusta no hay buenas recepcionistas ni buenos médicos trata de buscar otras opciones si fuese gratis esta bien pero actúan como si no nos cobraran ni un solo dolar
Pésimo servicio, las recepcionistas te atienden con muy mal carácter, nunca tienen citas y no avisan cuando te cancelan la cita.
Pésimo servicio, tenía una cita a las 4 :15 de la tarde llegue como dicen 15 minutos antes se dieron las 5:15 de la tarde y yo aun en recepción con mi hija esperando a que nos pasarán al cuarto donde se espera otra hora más para que el doctor llegue a revisarte, que mal servicio que irresponsabilidad de todos, si no hay disponibilidad de atender al paciente a la hora que ponen la cita mejor no hagan le hagan la cita a las personas y agenden las citas cuando realmente van a ser atendidas, a pero si uno se tarda un minuto en l... read more
I am writing this review for my mom. She wanted to say how great dental is here at this facility. She is hard of hearing and doesn’t understand things easily. The receptionist Monica is so sweet always kind. This facility is farther then the other clinic on Garnett but the way we get treated here is completely different to there.
