I have nothing but praise for the dental facility and the professionalism of the dental care providers, but their scheduling team screwed up their records after I canceled and rescheduled an appointment with a live person there. Their system now shows me as having missed my (canceled) appointment and they will not let me schedule any further appointments! They tell me my only recourse is to *write* a letter —no email allowed!— to the supervisor (Dr. Dubuque), pleading my case to be taking off of their "no scheduled appointme... read more

Great staff, clean modern facilities. Prompt attention. Best hospital I've ever been in. It was also a huge relief after the barbaric ineptitude of CHUL in Quebec City where my wife first took ill. They declined to operate but Vermont Medical Center took my wife in on the weekend and her gallbladder was out within 24 hours. Decisive and cleanly done.
