Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

They were happy to address every concern I had Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes, they always have specials going on Were you able to relax during your appointment?
