RecommendedI highly recommend the Community Health Center for in home physical therapy. They took excellent care of me after my knee replacement surgery in January. The weather was very bad when I came home from the hospital and having the therapist come to my home was the best solution.

RecommendedThe FMCC RN class of 2019 and SNA would like to send a heartfelt thank you to CHC for the generous donation of a lap top computer. The class held a raffle for the computer and raised money for our class and the upcoming students in the program. Gwen Ossenkop from student activities won the laptop and she is going to allow students to use it. This donation is going to help not only nursing students but, all students attending FMCC. Thank you so much CHC for your continued support for the nursing program and our community! ❤️
No words.....far past improvement I'm afraid.
Sitting here in pain past hour still no doctor. At least 5 Spanish patients have been seen before me. Last visit here for me or my kids!!!!!!!! Unacceptable even for a walk in!!!
