RecommendedFantastic bunch of folks who are dedicated to improving the health of the Butte community.
I DO NOT reccomend going here. not only did they tell me my back was PERFECTLY FINE and its just going back to normal after pregnancy, turns out I have SCOLIOSIS AND A HERNIATED DISK. they would not listen to me about my pain at all!! how are you going to MISS SCOLIOSIS!?!?! but that's not it! they wouldnt help me with my hypothyroidism., simply cause it was fluctuating. you guys are a joke. go anywhere else but here.
We recently tried to use the weekend walk-in clinic that was advertised on the radio and we were turned away. Receptionist said that it could wait until Monday. ????
I go in there, I am seen by a doctor, he prescribes me some meds, gives me some other womens paperwork and didn't even send my prescription to the pharmacy. probably sent it in that other womens name as well. I've called back to community health 3 times to try to get this fixed and obviously no-one knows what they are doing. I was able to get my real name instead of the other womens name on my paperwork because I caught it before I left the building but seriously!! Finally found a place and a provider that is great. Healthcare in Butte sucks, I even had to report one doctor from another clinic to the medical board . But the people here care and do their best to make sure you are taken care of. Amber is great for Psychiatric care .
The staff profiles you as drug addicts, drunks and/or bums as soon as you walk in the door. All the staff are rude and condescending. Alot of the staff there should have picked a different line of work, as they don't have the ingredients to perform their job duties. Terrible clinic. The pharmacy is just as bad.
Medical care is amazing. Great therapists and social workers. This place is great.
Would not recommend, took an Oath to provide quality care for patients..no quality in patient care. Will be contacting Montana State Health Board. Very Unprofessional MA
While on vacation I knew I needed to seek medical treatment on a Saturday morning. I knew my problem was not life threatening so the emergency room was a last resort. Fortunately I found this health center and they were open. The staff here was excellent. Everyone was so nice to me and the care was exceptional. They literally saved my vacation.I can not thank them enough.
