Trying to get the case manager on the phone is impossible since he’s always busy. This shouldn’t be the only option to receive healthcare. They should learn how to use email to communicate their questions since they want me to call them back but they’re never available to answer the phone.
Can anyone please tell me. If this is even a real thing or not, please? Because I given all my info to a couple of people and supposedly. That had nothing to do with an application process... like, the one lady took all that info. Plus a picture of my driver's license. Then I talk to another person and have to do the same thing again. Then a totally new person jumps in the mix and guess what? That's right, I have to send them all my info and another picture of driver's license. Which, supposedly.
