Everyone cares and are helpful every time I go
This office is by far the worst office I’ve ever been to in the United States. I’ve interacted with the office staff which are rude don’t follow through and could care less about their patients. The office manager is very unprofessional. Very high turnover over with doctors.
Choose another Community Health Care location. They charge $15 for medication refills if not requested during appointments (some locations do this but not all). They made me come in for a referral when it was not necessary with my insurance- I had to pay for an appointment with them. They say they will call with test results, I’m still waiting. Thank goodness the tests were through Quest who sent me a report upon completion.
