Why did CHBS, in Utica NY, take away therapists without a final appointments? This has happened to patients suffering from medical trauma and therapeutic abandonment in the past - which they were in treatment for. Patients had plans to have final appointments if therapist provider ever left clinic. Upstate "Caring" Partners/CHBS denied patients of that. Would not give any helpful information.
