helped me when i needed it the most. they can be slow with appointments, but they are trying their best. varying levels of experience in the therapists i assume, but honestly i'm a big fan of the psychiatrist
This place is a joke . Please don’t waste your time it was great years ago but now The providers just don’t care at all .
This is now the 4th time I've scheduled a phone appointment, because its too far for me to get to the office, instead of receiving the calls I get nothing not even reached out to.I have called them about this and there response(after sitting on hold for several hours while being told the wait time is 1 minute), on top of telling me the appointment that i set specifically to be over the phone, was for walk in, was oh well we will reschedule for 2 months from now.
