Do not trust them. 10 months there. They prevented me from getting medical care. Lied to me that help was coming. You interact with good people, but they are arms of a disorganized and dangerous system. Bad for the community. My support structure fell apart, I went there for a hand up, they almost exclusely tried to push me into more dire situations. Labeled me as a series of things I was not. Many there are cold hearted and imcompetent.
I wish I could give less than 1 star. These people should NOT be allowed near children unless you want them coming home confused about their identities and spouting lies. My niece went there for help and within 2 days was claiming someone else's identity and after explaining to the counselor that she was not being honest they allowed it to continue and did far more damage than good. Absolutely DISGUSTED with how they run this house!

Of all the people I have interacted with here and all the services I have received through them, I have been treated respectfully and with dignity. My knees have been met and I have zero complaints with how well the staff here does. They are a benefit to the community.
