Got to my appointment on time. Registration took 25 minutes which caused me to be late to my appointment upstairs.. parking was a nightmare. Registration was just chilling in the office on their phone while training but didn’t know there were 3 of us in the waiting room waiting to be registered. I get things are under construction, but come on have a better system to know people are waiting if you can’t physically see them. Long waits
It was the best care I could have asked for. Right from check in to discharge. Everyone was kind. The doctor, nurses, OR staff were patient. The dining staff were great accomadating my diet needs. Even housekeeping was friendly and social. Facilities were clean. Food was good.
