Triage nurses see patients in the emergency room and assign level of emergency We are told “be patient we are busy. No one considers telling the patient what level they are so we all wait in limbo in the waiting room. It would be an improvement in care and great patient customer service to inform us. At least we would make a decision to wait or go home and try it another time.

Got to my appointment on time. Registration took 25 minutes which caused me to be late to my appointment upstairs.. parking was a nightmare. Registration was just chilling in the office on their phone while training but didn’t know there were 3 of us in the waiting room waiting to be registered. I get things are under construction, but come on have a better system to know people are waiting if you can’t physically see them.
