If I could give 0 stars, I would. Called to see about the free dental clinic after being referred by my primary care. Medicaid doesn’t cover dental after age 19. The person answering phones very rudely told me they only accept you as a dental patient if you qualify as a medical patient. How does that even make sense?! I’m not willing to switch my primary care doctor, and I can’t afford dental care any other way. Your friendly staff, especially Macy Beth with her contagious smile, makes people feel appreciated and not a burden! I just want you to know, the service you are providing is making an impact in our community, and I thank God for your agency!
The Community Free Clinic of Decatur-Morgan County is the best service this community has to offer. The volunteers, staff, Doctors, Dentists, Pharmacists, and NPs all have a heart to serve people with the upmost respect. This place is a blessing to so many families!!
