Upon interviewing our technicians with thousands of hours of experience, we have determined that there is zero possible chance that an oil change and battery replacement could have caused a piece of the ** blend door to break. For an oil change and battery replacement, a technician replaces the oil filter under the car, and fills the oil and changes the battery under the hood of the car.
