Had a great experience. I bought my car from the dealership down the road. They sold me the car knowing it had a fuel leak then when I took it in to get it fixed they wanted to make me pay 4000$ for it. My car so happened to have a recall and they didn't think to look it up. When we told the that it had a recall they said they didn't have access to fords recall list. Reached out to a few dealerships telling them not to contact me and that I’m not looking for someone to “sell” me a car as I’ve done my research on what I want. Out of the 5 or so dealerships, this one gave me their contact info and waited for me to reach out to them instead of the persistent calling and pushy-ness of other places. I respect the way these guys do business would buy from them again. Recommend!

Got a message back from the GM after having a problem in the past. The GM advised me that the new Service Manager (Robert) would be in contact with me asap. After about 2 minutes the new Service manager called me and we discussed what had happened and he was very apologetic and nice. The problem has been taken care of and I am satisfied with the outcome. Great experience! We dealt with Paul, and he was super friendly. We had an easy, no hassle experience buying from Ford. Excellent pricing for our Ford Escape. We drove south from Muncie, and we would definitely do that again if need be. Plus, they let us bring our dogs with us, since we were traveling, and gave them water too! Thanks again!
