This company is horrible. They have held up my closing date on a refinance for weeks due to not responding to the loan company and when the do respond not giving all needed information. I dread the day I sell my condo and have issues with my buyers because of how awful they operate. If you are in the market to chose a HOA management company, run away from this one!
Completely nonresponsive when I called multiple times to find out how to pay my HOA dues upon buying a condo. Then, I receive certified mail about my fees being delinquent. So, clearly communication is not an issue. I sent an email asking for information on how to pay. If I get a response, I'll consider updating this review. But according to my neighbors and all of these reviews, I'm not expecting a response.
This "company" frankly doesn't care about you, their job, or themselves as is evident with all the 1-star reviews. Did you know, according to google.com, only 5% of businesses on Google have an average star rating below 3. This "company" can't even get 2! Let's applause their incredible achievement of finding such lows. Who knew expecting toddler levels of communication would be asking too much?
Horrible company impossible to reach no contact. Just had a semi emergency with questions about calling police told to email serious problem as of yet no response. So you can see if it's just an ordinary question it will probably take weeks Do not hire this company if you want a company that works with you
The on-site property managers are decent but the management above them and accounting are awful. And every problem caused by management and accounting is blamed on the property manager whom they just throw under the bus. We are moving to Associa Community Group at the end of the month and working with them is completely different. I am the treasurer for our COA and tried for years to resolve problems with accounting and it always got worse so my advice is to look for another company.
