What a terrible place, wish I never walked in the doors. Been here for years, asked for a loan was told do this, this and this and then we can. Did all those things, then told to get bent by the loan department. Can buy over $700 in motorcycle parts from the Ukraine in the middle of a war, but if I want to buy blender bottle caps from the states, that's a big deal. Been doing most of my banking with community first credit union for approximately 30 years and over time have been impressed with prompt, organized and friendly customer service. Recently, however every person that has answered the phone has been a sarcastic condescending wretch who makes it seem like you’ve intentionally interrupted their most righteous coffee break and burden them with another “frivolous task”…….including the loan officer that I recently dealt with.
