Wonder why this local credit union that spends a lot on local advertising has a 3.1 rating on Google? Their policies are ridiculous and there is no flexibility it seems. These aren't banking laws....it's their own policies. Other financial institutions locally don't have these policies. I've been trying to close an account here for weeks...literally weeks. My nephew. Was trying to deposit cash in my account today and the teller was beyond rude to him !! I was on the phone with him and I heard her ,.. good lord if someone wants to put cash in my account just let them don’t give them so much BS !!! Customer service st this bank has quickly gone down hill !!!!!!!! Long time customer !!!!!
Ive been with Community First for about 8 years now and they have been nothing but helpful. Theyre always knowledgeable and efficient in what they do and added bonus: no surprise fees. Dennis and everyone there are why I stay with CFCU
