predatory on late/over draft fees. when i pay my bilps they hold the payment evem when the money is there. im taking them to small claims and filing a complaint with bank commission. already filed withBBB ...of which they arent even a member!! that tells you something!!
I would not recommend CFCU for any reason. They take exorbitant amounts of money for overdraft charges. Even if you have a second account to pull it from. The folks that handle loans only care if you have a lot of money. Please choose wisely when you are looking to bank. I’ve been with them since I was a child (over 30 years) there’s much better credit unions and banks out there.
Community First has made banking so incredibly frustrating. My attempts to deposit checks into my checking accounts were denied and nobody could give me a valid reason. After jumping through all the hoops they asked of me I’ve tried again to GIVE them my money and they still decline my check deposits because “They Looked Funny” according to the person over the phone. My father just passed away and was a member for many years. We as a family are try to get my dads affairs in order. The branch manager there is shallow, cold and has no empathy. In addition my niece is trying to buy my dads car and they were so rude to her. Would never bank here. Would suggest members to go to Fox Communities Credit Union. They are exceptional....
Basically stole $50 from me by posting charges before a deposit that was already there. Horrible customer service as well when I called and tried to address it.
Only allows branch access if your willing to wear a muzzle.
WORST BANKING ESTABLISHMENT EVER
Your so called new website is so hard to read and your making a ton on over drafts because of it , I’m a customer of over 20 years and because of this reason I’m looking for another bank besides the fact that I’ve had multiple car loans and paid them all but can’t get a credit card smh over it and going elsewhere sick of giving my money away to you which is crap knowing since you have changed your banking website, thanks but bye
