Great customer service!
Every time we go to the bank they are quick to help, friendly and we always feel like the reason we went was fully taken care of.
Been a loyal customer for years. Asked for help with a loan to consolidate debt. Was told you do this this and this then we can. I did x,y, and a and was told to kick rocks. Will be looking for another financial institution. Updated 11/16/2024 havent found another bank yet however fraud doesnt let me spend $15 on blender bottle lid but I can spend over $600 on a racing exhaust from Ukraine during a war..... still doesnt make any sense.
I just don’t understand how these banks won’t cash checks For nonmembers, but t are written from their customers. They want you to open up a bank account just so they can cash it. Money that’s not theirs money that you were owed and they don’t wanna release it. Ridiculous. Shitty.
