Called them over a week ago to get overdraft protection taken off my account. A week later here I am paying $75 in overdraft fees when I had the money in my account but the "holds" on my account we're switched around and now I magically didn't have enough. Without these overdraft fees I would still be positive but somehow it doesn't work like that, go figure. 🤷 Called today & was informed that no one actually took my overdraft protection off but there's nothing they can do about the fees.
