They have a receptionist there that likes to diagnose you over the phone without ever having received a medical license. She's the reason I left Kolbe's office. Aside from blurting out your condition to the entire lobby full of people, she will diagnose you and give the wrong info to the doctor! Call about chest pain? You get a script for anxiety that MIGHT take effect in 2 weeks. Call for an earache? Get a script for swimmers ear. No appointment needed. Have upper respitory infection asked if I could get a script was told no. Took my mother to er with similar symptoms and she had a touch of pneumonia and asked again if I could get one so it wouldn't get worse. Was told if I could take my mom to er then I could take myself to the er as well. Lost yourself 5 clients.

They are all great doctors and nurses and workers there.

I've been a patient for 30 years. Sadly my doctor retired. When I called to make an appointment I was told that because I didn't make an appointment when they told me too they would have to see if Dr. Laorden would take me as a patient and they'd call me back. Never received a call back. Very disappointing. Now I will have to go through the process of finding a new physician that's trustworthy.
