I absolutely love this eye clinic! They are professional and really take care of patients. They always take the time to listen to my concerns.
The doctors at Community Eye Center are truly some of best. They take the time with me to explain my eyes and health to you in a way that truly makes sense. They give you insights into why certain types of sunglasses are necessary and why our eyes change as we grow older.
Absolutely no respect for patients time. My first appointment I arrived before my appointment and waited over an hour and a quarter and still was not seen. The office manager spoke with me and said it was a problem he was addressing. This morning, after waiting 20 minutes past my appointment, I was called to the desk to answer a question. I asked how much longer I would need to wait and was told 45 minutes. No respect for anyone's time but their own.
