Be ok except can't get anyone to return my call bout surgy next week?? They say owe money to do surgery but not doing if they don't call me?
Dr. Wilbrandt at Clearview Eyecare is fantastic! He’s incredibly caring and offers the best eye care. His friendly nature really puts you at ease. It often feels like you’re chatting with an old friend who happens to be your eye doctor. The staff is also wonderful, and the front desk always makes you feel welcome and at home. Well right now I am very upset with this new office - I went in about 2 weeks ago to change my cataract surgery from April to August 2026 and I thought it went through properly. But it did NOT so now I've got to do this nonsense again with those people who moved from Community Hospital east to an office that is 45 miles away. And while there I signed up for the most expensive lenses which are $2,400 apiece to boot. And I'll bet they did not keep track of the change in lenses either. I arrived on time today for my 8:00am appointment. The office opens at 8:00am. The receptionist arrived after me carrying a drink carrier full of smoothies and myself and a couple others in the waiting room had to wait for her to get her computer ready to check us in. I was then sent to a waiting area for a while before being taken back at 8:30 for eye drops, pressure checks, and a retina scan.
