Nancy needs to attend a customer service seminar and probably a senior care one as well. My mother stated her social security number was wrong, Nancy said “don’t worry about it, it will be corrected”. It was not corrected. The number was still incorrect the next day. I felt we were shoved around like cattle for the 3 hours we were there.
