HORRIBLE customer service. The front reception is always rude, disorganized, and unprofessional. It takes 1 -2 months to book an appointment and if they cancel don't expect a call, they tell you when you show up and then it's another 2 month wait. The dentists are always very nice, but getting in to get any work done takes a lot of patience and persistence on the patients part. If I had regular insurance or even medicaid I would never go here, you couldn't pay me to go here and be treated this way.
