Ok I went to the clinic and it was or is closed on Monday morning 9 am. It's frustrating as it is being sick and all. Planning on getting right the whole way there only to find a locked door smdh.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I intially had an appointment scheduled for Sept 23rd. I got to the office and its closed, no one called me or emailed me to let me know. I had to call the Kokomo office and then someone finally called me back and didn't reschedule me and stated they'd call me the following Monday which was fine.
