I understand they have a lot of people to deal with but they need to get their act together. They said they would call me back before 5pm on Friday they didn't so I had to call them back the following Monday and the person was on vacation. A receptionist actually said to me "not that you care but we have hundreds of patients who are waiting to be called back, we can't always call people back."
