I was a client for 6 of 7 yrs I was kept in their system. I was just taken out & haven't bn there in a year. I rate them 0. They came to my hospital bedside pressuring me to go. I tried it. It did absolutely nothing for me. I received meds that weren't for me under a doctor who wasn't there. I ran thru workers who were treated just like I was in the world. I like my case worker but the front desk staff is terrible. Many times I entered the office and they all looked judgmental and inconvenienced for answering basic questions. A few times I was turned away from the help I needed because someone at the front desk pretended not to hear or couldn't follow basic instructions. But seeing as this is a free facility I guess you get what you pay for.
It a very helpful center willing to help people who want help. Thank God for CCC.
I love my husband case manager Mr Nelson is a very nice respectful person for my husband the staff is very nice to us the pharmacy is the best security is the best Odell Moore would not change it for nothing and andpsychiatrist Jennifer we love her
