Community Connections is a unique non-profit, human service organization. Our services cover the life span of individuals and are designed to assist with developing independence, learning new skills and living in the community of one's choice. We serve individuals with developmental disabilities, adults with physical disabilities, elders, very young children who are developmentally delayed or at risk, and children with behavioral health needs.

Put in applications for 4 girls who needed to be seen for some aggressive behavioral issues over a month ago. Hadn’t heard a word from them. Called once all was told that the applications had only been received.
My daughters have made great progress in a short period of working with community connections. Love the team!
we could not have gotten my grandson to the point he is now without Community Connections. with his behavioral disorders, it was nearly impossible to control him. sometimes we would have to just up & leave a restaurant or store. The school was calling EVERY DAY for us to come & get him & he's only 7. But 4 months into their program HE'S READING, LESS OUT OF CONTROL, LESS ANGRY. HE'S ACTUALLY A LITTLE BOY AGAIN!
Absolutely! We are a very diverse organization - in services and employees. I get to see the magic first hand at least 5 days a week. Beautiful people and mission! I’m very proud to say I’m a part of it. ❤️🙌🏼
