Unfortunately, we had an awful experience with the staff and administration when we moved my 82 year old father with mild/mod dementia into the assisted living. They were totally unprepared to care for him and irresponsibly reassured us that they could. We had delayed and minimal responses to our concerns about how often they checked on him (he was wheelchair bound), how he was adjusting, and any issues.
