My wife called yesterday evening and was told to come in. It was very close to closing and she is from out of town. She went there arriving at 10:59/11 pm the time they close. She was told on the phone they would see her. As she sat crying with my 8 year old son crying with 102.3 fever they ignored her. She could see two ladies inside and they refused to unlock the doors after telling her via phone to come in (10 minutes prior). I can show phone records. They ended up having to go to the emergency room.

The nurses on 3 East rocked. The staff was nice and the food awesome. My only complaint would be this hospital has a lot of attending Nurse Prac, and though she tried. If a patient is an Infectious Disease Patient I would think more than a Nurse Prac would be attending?!
This is a terrible hospital. the doctors are very very untrained and or moronic.The staff is not much better.
2 of our children were born at Community and we had very positive experiences. The doctors were great, the nurses were kind and prompt to bring meds and answer questions! The hospital was clean as well.
At the Dr.s office you will suffer long waits and get to listen to the office staff call people for collections.
They were so welcoming and I felt at home the minute I walked in. I was always greeted with a smile and the doctors actually work with you to completly understand what is going on. I would recomend going to Northeast Family Physicians to anyone and everyone I know.
This hospital is very good they are not rude they care.
