I have banked with this branch for 50+ years, once they went to Community Choice the service and trying to physically get in contact with a live persons is terrible. Highly considering taking my business elsewhere.

In the process of changing banks beacause no one nows how to help me . I've asked and asked . I don't need payment protection on my car loan. Didn't now I signed up for it.
