Ordering a payoff from this credit union is a nightmare. Loan officers do NOT email back either. Client had to go to the local branch (Ames) to get someone to print off her payoff. Her loan officer saw her come in, went into his office & shut his door. I have called and left him messages with no return calls. Getting to a live person on the phone is also a nightmare. Do better.
I have banked with this branch for 50+ years, once they went to Community Choice the service and trying to physically get in contact with a live persons is terrible. Highly considering taking my business elsewhere.
