Jessica is an amazing manager. I had issues with my extended warranty covering the issues with my truck. She went to every length to make sure I was taken care of. I bought my truck in Bloomington but it was brought here for service work because it's a GMC. Jessica had never met me but made sure that at the end of this process, I walked away smiling.
Was visiting McCormick's Creek State Park and had truck problems, one call and they took care of it all. Sent a tow truck and had it ready to go the next day. Thank you Jessica and all the guys there!!! What could have been a bad vacation turned out great!!!

I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 and it has been a good car for me... Until I tried to get rid of it yesterday. I owe $11,300 on it and you can imagine my shock when I was told it was only worth $5,400! I couldn't trade it because of the negative equity. I should've done more research when buying but just a fore warning, these guys don't have your best interests in mind and now I'm stuck with a car I don't have a use for anymore.
